About Emery
I received my Professional Doctorate and Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University, Santa Cruz, in 2023. I also graduated with a certificate in Tui Na massage.

In my final semester of graduate school, I spent two weeks at the National Hospital of Traditional Medicine in Hanoi, Vietnam. While in Vietnam, we followed local doctors during their rounds in every department from the ICU to oncology, and assisted by performing acupuncture on their patients.
​
I am a student of the Kiiko Matsumoto style (KMS) of palpation-based diagnosis and acupuncture. I studied under Dr. Rozenn, DAOM FABORM, for one year to learn more about KMS and its use in fertility.
​
I am constantly reading, learning, and listening, so that I can provide the very best medicine to my patients.
​
When I am not at the Fireside clinic, I treat patients at Oakland Acupuncture Project and Sarana Community Acupuncture in Albany.
